Thanks for purchasing one of our themes, we really appreciate it!

Each product comes with it's own documentation. Many support related questions can be answered simply by reading the documentation. So, please take the time to read through the documentation included in the theme zip package.

But, If you still have a problems please feel free to Submit Ticket!

Please include:

  • the website URL
  • detailed information about your problem (screenshots, etc).
  • login and password to wp-admin (Wordpress themes only)
  • if possible - FTP access (login, password, URL)

Scope of free support
