Hi in mobile view I am also finding next and previous button at bottom of article unresponsive, thanks.

    Hi Magda,

Many thanks for your last message.

I have tested my website on a mobile Samsung s2 and the ad banners are not correcting.

Out all my issues the one issue that I need resolving is the ad banner re-correcting in width.

To show my ad banners on homepage I am using a text widget box and pasting in media.net javascript code.

I am not using a image and just a url affiliate link.

    Any more advice regarding this?

Also having tested on mobile view two other issues have cropt up.

    1. the instagram feed widget is not resizing the images correctly at bottom footer and I can see the word instagram and a icon repeated behind the images.

    2. The text for article title on CT-Sticky slider is not centered in height. The title text is displayed just below the top edge of the slider frame.

Hopefully you can get back to me before you break for the weekend.

    Thanks, Alex.

Point 9: Just to give you an update, I have removed the ‘load more’ button on homepage which means that after scrolling down the homepage and getting to the required amount of articles I have selected to be shown on the homepage I now have the option to select next page. On page 2 the white spacing has reduced a lot in all places and I now have my 3 banners showing again on page 2. I like to see the banners and so i am going to keep the’load more’ button feature disabled.

Before when I pressed ‘load more button’ on homepage, new posts would load but no new ad banners would display. At least now they display on page 2.

    Hi Magda,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Point 5: No I dont mean that image. If you look at the image you provided me at the bottom you can just make out the heading ‘You May Also Like’. Its this function where two articles are shown that im referring to. The two articles I need making smaller and also making sure that both article images are the same width and height. For some reason i am suffering from the issue that the theme is pulling different size images and not forcing them to be the same width and height. Thanks.

Point 6: Thanks for the code but its not had the required effect I was looking for. The image is not so stretched now but the title of the article doesnt fit the new width and I have lost slider buttons. Don’t worry about this I will revert back to what it was and find a featured image from a article which is acceptable.

Point 8: Again Magda, slight confusion Im not referring to the image you have provided I am referring to Advertising banners (my mistake I wasnt clear). You can place 3 on the homepage. This I have done using a 728 x 90 ad banner.

Its this ad banner which isnt re-sizing in tablet or mobile view. To reiterate…

‘Is there any way of being able to re-size (minify) the banners to fit the width of both tablet and mobile view.
And if not is there a way that I can show replacement banners which are smaller in size for either tablet or mobile as the screen width gets smaller. Can I place banner code into code that you create for me that shows up then on smaller screens and replacing the 728px banner on desktop view.
I just need two more option width banners to show as the screen width gets smaller for tablet and mobile.’

Point 9: This problem is occurring on all widths when I re-size the browser width.

Just to explain matters because this may help, I originally wanted the homepage to be displayed Full grid with 3 columns but I also wanted a load more button which your Full Grid preview does not have. I have noticed that with your Full Grid preview the images are displayed all the same size and are neatly displayed each row is straight, where as my homepage has like a masonry look which I wasnt initially going for but for some reason thats how it is being displayed with article images being displayed at all sizes. I have now come to like this style but I dont know whether its having an effect when I load more articles because the spacing between the articles is huge, a lot worse when I load the next set of articles and there are large chunks of white gaps.

Magda, I dont want to give access to the site Im afraid but I welcome your help all the same.

    Thanks Alex

    Sorry mate one more thing.

I have the load more button on the homepage. When i click that and more articles load I find in desktop view and possibly laptop view depending on the width of the screen. I find that the new articles which have loaded are too spaced out and there are large chunks of white space between articles. In fact my last article to display is so far away from the second to last article its a little bit silly.

Any ideas of how to solve this?

    Thanks, Alex.

    Hi Magda,

Sorry one more thing and Ill leave you in peace.

Point 4, 5 and 6 though it would be great if you can assist further, if you cant find solutions to the problems then its no biggy as I can live with out the ‘You May Also Like’ Function and can try and find suitable article to display on homepage. But it maybe helpful for others on here who may need that help.

    The last issue:

Point 8, with the banners that get shown up on the homepage, I have selected a 724px in width banner, the issue I have is the banner does not re-size in width in tablet or mobile.

Is there any way of being able to re-size (minify) the banners to fit the width of both tablet and mobile view.

And if not is there a way that I can show replacement banners which are smaller in size for either tablet or mobile as the screen width gets smaller. Can I place banner code into code that you create for me that shows up then on smaller screens and replacing the 724px banner on desktop view.

I just need two more option width banners to show as the screen width gets smaller for tablet and mobile.

    Thanks Alex.

    Hi Magda,

Many thanks for your swift reply and help. I have add the code you suggested and its done the trick.

    In regards to the following:

Point 4, still the error line shows when I activate the ‘You May Also Like’ Function. Im not sure why that is happening. Any way of removing it?

Point 5, sorry it looks like you kindly supplied some code relating to post pagination, but this wasnt what I was asking originally for. I meant ‘You May Also Like’ Function, which if turned on shows two articles you may like to read. Im getting to different sized article images which are to big and I could do with some code which keeps the two article looking straight and small.

Point 6, The CT-Sticky Widget slider is being showing top on homepage above blog articles, your right the image does cover the whole width and maybe I have to select articles where the chosen feature image is already wider in size and wont look so magnified and stretched.

Would be possible not to stretch it so much, maybe not force the image to expand to fit width or not to zoom in but to zoom out to its original quality.

    Thanks, Alex

Hi just to let you know that I sorted the favicon issue with using a 512px x 512px image, all the other issues remain, thanks.

Sorry, one more thing, just want to get the site right before I relaunch.

    7. In the articles I have created the spacing between the lines of paragraph text is too wide, how can I change this?

    Thanks

    Hi Just an update.

After clearing cache on browser my favicon isnt showing throughout the site now.

    6. I forgot to ask how I can sort out how the article featured image is being displayed on home page in the CT-Sticky Widget slider. The images are being magnified to big, can it not close in so closely and show the image normally?

    Thanks
