Alternatively I can also test with the older files and see if that is the issue. Can you point out where they are located?
Please note that I tested with all the plugins being off and woocomerce and the size guide plugin being on and i still had the issue.
When i switched the plugins back on I realised that when i activated one plugin, Woothumbs – which replaces the default single product image viewer, the size guide started working fine again. I therefore am thinking that the conflict may be between the default woocommerce single-product-image viewer and the size guide plugin. Maybe they use the same popup software?
Please note that I recently rolled back from woocommerce 3.1 to 2.6.14 because of other incompatibility issues. Not sure if that matters in this case but I was wondering if i needed to use an older version of your plugin.
