    Hi Magda,

    I have extracted the files from the template file you kindly sent me the download link for, however this file does not seem to be in the zip file:

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/myaccount/form-edit-address.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,

    Also the update is still not available on ThemeForest for download.

    Hi Magda,

    I would upload the new theme files but they don’t appear to be on ThemeForest yet….. Still v2.0.

    Can you update theme forest with the new files and then we will be sorted.

    Hi Magda,

    I thought I would leave it for a week or so to give you some time to sort the template on your end….. It has now been two weeks since my last email and I still have no template update from themeforest.

    How long is it likely to take before this is rectified? Are you close to releasing an updated theme version?

    Hi,

    This is now almost a week since reporting to you that there was a major issue with the woo-commerce section of your theme….. There is still no fix!

    Can I please have an update on when this will be resolved…..

    These Theme Files Are Long Outdated:

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1,

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/myaccount/form-edit-address.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.2.6 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/myaccount/my-address.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/order/order-details.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,

    petloverstheme/woocommerce/single-product/review.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.0,

    Please can we have an update on how long this is going to take before you have a fix? We are unable to roll back to the previous version as a lot of work has been done and we will lose the data. This theme should be kept updated with the latest requirements, that is what we paid for.

    Hi Magda,

    This is not helpful…. This should be a priority to get the theme working with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

    I need some sort of ETA of a fix….. Will it be 24 hours, 48 hours?

    Hi Magda,

    Thank you for the response….. I have already upgraded the website to the latest version of WooCommerce so there is unfortunately no going back. How long until you will have an updated theme?
