    I have not been able to find the file you listed ctShortcodeWidget.class.php in order to update it. Also, I not been able to get the contact page to look like the template, including the sidebar map and the template on the right.

    Did you make any modifications/additions to the content after my last email? Is all of the demo content loaded into the site?

    This is what i see when i try to set the sidebar on the Home page (which is set as a the frontpage) . I have also followed the instructions in this image but still can seem to get the big slider wired up on this homepage sidebar.

    Magda,

    Thank you for all your posts helping other users, they have been a huge help to me. I have resolved the home-5 issue. (duh! yes i now know it was a slug and i had to set the static page setting to the new home page). I also believe I have installed the demo content (a few times actually) but maybe you could verify it’s all there.

    I still have the issue with woocommerce.

    Good Morning,

    I just noticed how to see your reply. I did not see an email come in so I created a new topic that did contain my credentials. I have been playing around and got most of the site to look right but I have not been able to get the homepage slider to work. I would love it if you could make the site as if it was just loaded fresh with the demo content. Here is the url that we were looking at…

    Also, if you could explain how to get the sidebar connected to the home page it will help me in the future. I can see that the big slider has content and i believe that i have wired it up correctly following your documentation (docs plus searching the forms has been a huge help) but i still can’t get the slider to show.

    Finally, when i try to add widgets to the menu (dividers, social, etc.) i only see the following message

    “Warning: addslashes() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/content/a2pewpnas01_data03/50/4031750/html/wp-content/themes/charlottetheme/framework/widgets/ctShortcodeWidget.class.php on line 68”

    I am also having a problem loading demo content. It appears to run for only a second then quit. It has been a few days since i submitted a ticket with no response. Did you have any problem getting the demo content to populate?

    Hello,

    I just purchased them and installed it on a fresh wp install from GoDaddy. When I tried 1 click demo install it just spun for over 30 minutes and never completed . When I try again it spins for 5 seconds and does not provide a message of completion. If I check for any demo content I can not find any. Is there a way to force demo content install or start over?
