are often better for cooling We may not necessarily be buying the concept

  • There’s also another area that needs to be changed and it’s found under content-single-team-ajax.php (templates/content-single-team-ajax.php)

    RECAP:
    Edit the following TWO files:

    content-single-team.php (templates/content-single-team.php)

    AND

    content-single-team-ajax.php (templates/content-single-team-ajax.php)

The new php file you sent resolved the issue. Please relay to the dev team to PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEEEEEASE make sure they test double-check existing functionality before releasing an update. I’m very disappointed that this was released when something as simple as running a script on the HTML to do a HREF check against the previous version would have caught this. I literally wasted two days scouring your knowledge base that had ANYTHING to do with the word “portfolio” as well as every google forum/search result. I even reset ALL settings…only after I went through EACH screen and took a screen shot so I would know what to set them back to. It wasn’t until I opened my debug console and compared the links that were being loaded and discovered that the “Team” link was different than the “Portfolio” link.

Overall, what was the most infuriating was being completely embarrassed when showing off our site to a prospective clients, LIVE and IN PERSON with four other people in the room…nothing builds confidence like the showing off OUR OWN SITE and it’s BROKEN…suffice to say we did not win the business.

There was a reason why we didn’t go with a cheap/free wordpress theme, we also understand that mistakes happen and that it’s not that you messed up but how you recover. How you can recover is rebuilding our trust. As a result of this what has changed to ensure this won’t happen again? Do you offer a BETA program? What is the recommended “best practice” to test a new update prior to just “going live” and discovering a bug that cost us business?

Any update? This is making us look bad.

Here’s the second screen shot…it didn’t attach the first time
