I really appreciate this help!!🙂
craigcpcbUser posts: 5Hi Magda,
No, the product descriptions are visible for the products I had described before I made the changes.
As in the example I quoted, if you look at The Tapas menu and the Thai Shrimp, I added this as a new item with a description, but the description doesn’t show up.If you try adding a new product to any of the menus, you will see that the description does not get included.
🙂

We don’t use prices on the web site.
I think I messed things up when I was trying to get rid of ‘only’. I tried to make some code changes so that ‘only’ would not appear. I later found out how to remove the ‘only’ and did so, but i think the changes I made now won’t display product descriptions.>From the Tapas menu here is the code for Thai Shrimp…
<div class=”cn2″>
<span class=”tx1″>Thai Shrimp</span>
<span class=”tx2″> </span>
<p></p>
</div>
There is no text between the <p></p>
However, on the product description in wp-admin, Thai Shrimp has a description of ‘Tossed in sweet chili sauce.’ This is what should appear between the <p></p> tags. i.e.
<p>Tossed in sweet chili sauce.</p>
Sorry for being a nuisance and I really appreciate your help 🙂
