Sorry Magda, I believe I have resolved this…thank you though!
gpstewUser posts: 28After several failed attempts, it seems that we’ve got this working properly!
I want to say thanks to you and your team!gpstewUser posts: 28Just wanted to let you know that I am also getting the same white screen when trying to login to the admin panel.
gpstewUser posts: 28Hey Magda,
I copied the previous file. When I switched to the new one, I only got a white screen…also, after switching back to the old one, I am only getting a white screen…
Any thoughts?
ThanksgpstewUser posts: 28This reply has been marked as private.gpstewUser posts: 28Hey Magda,
Once again, I am sorry for the confusion. Here is the path I am following. First I click on “Blog” then I click on a blog post…I then click on the author of the blog post. When I click on the author of the blog post, I am taken to a page that looks like the attached screenshot. I would like to get rid of the header there.

Sorry, I didn’t communicate clearly…I was wanting to get rid of the header images for all blog authors…they all show up blank. And I was wanting to put a banner like “Our Story” under the blog header. I DO want the blog header to show up and have a banner under it that says “Our Blog” in the same style as “Our Story”, but I DON’T want the author header to show up. I hope this is more clear. Also, if you give me the code and where to put it, I could put it in the main theme and I will switch to Orlando Child at a later date. thanks!
gpstewUser posts: 28Hey Magda, I am checking back in about this. Today is the very last day that my clients have to take their site live. Please let me know where this issue stands.
Thank yougpstewUser posts: 28Sorry Magda, I kind of absentmindedly posted that…I was just hoping that there was some relationship to the issue at hand.
gpstewUser posts: 28sorry, meant to include this… https://createit.support/forums/topic/pluto-theme-error-after-update/
gpstewUser posts: 28Hey Magda, does this post “Pluto theme error after update – INFORMATION” have anything to do with the issues at hand? I am asking because my client has to take their site live by Monday at the latest and cannot do that with the current issues.
Thanks and please let me know ASAP.
gpstewUser posts: 28Hey Magda,
I just wanted to check back in to see if there was any news about this, or if anyone has found any way to fix it. Thanks!
gpstewUser posts: 28Thanks a ton Magda, this really seemed to do the trick!
gpstewUser posts: 28This reply has been marked as private.gpstewUser posts: 28Hello Magda,
It seems that whenever I scroll, there becomes a new fixed center point. (I understand that parallax will make the image move when scrolling) What happens is when the page first loads, the image is centered and then when I scroll the image kind of “jumps” and recenters (I believe this takes place when the nav bar comes into effect.) and it throws things off center. Please see the attached screenshots.
Thanks for all of your help. I have contacted my server guy and you should now have the ability to connect in order to see everything.

My server guy has given you the ability to connect now, would you mind to take a look at this again? I really appreciate it.
gpstewUser posts: 28Thank you Magda! My server guy got back to me and it should be opened up for you to have access now. Thanks again!

Thank you so much.Attachments:

Thanks
gpstewUser posts: 28Thank you Magda!
gpstewUser posts: 28Are there more icons that I need to download? For example, I see on the demo that you use icon-telescope. I don’t have that icon or that option. Mine show up more like this rel_name=”fa-globe”
gpstewUser posts: 28Thanks Julita,
I will try to get you access to my site.
When I was asking about the icons, I was referring to the ones that you all use on your site, not just the header icons. Please see the screen shot for an example of some of the icons that I am looking to use.
Thanks so much,Paul
