    Hi Julka,

    Just to confirm, did you actually receive an email when you tested it?

    I tried sending a test email from the plugin settings page, and also tried sending a message using the form, and I did not receive an email from either method.

    When you tested it, did you change the mailto address in the shortcode to your own email address, and did you successfully receive an email?

    Hi Julka,

    Yes, I have tested it on Safari and Chrome, and whilst you can click on the button, nothing actually happens. i.e.; the message does not send, and there is no confirmation (e.g.; “Thank you. We will contact you shortly.”)

    So in other words, when the plugin is active, the button is visible, but no there is no action when it is clicked.

    When the plugin is turned off, the form sends the message and it displays “Thank you. We will contact you shortly.”, however the message is never received.

    Not sure what is happening here! :/

    Hi Julka,

    Thank you for looking in to that for me. I think we are getting closer to solving the problem.

    I installed the plug in, and on the plugin settings page, I sent a test email, and received it!

    However, when the plugin is activated, the send button on the contact form is no clickable. When I disable the plugin, the send button works, but of course I don’t receive the email.

    Do you know what may be causing the send button not to be clickable when the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin is activated?

    Hey Julka,

    Thanks for responding. I have made that change, but I don’t seem to be receiving an email when I test the form.

    This is how my code looks
