    Ah oK!
    And to add other pages using that code? how would I do that? Repeat the same code with a different page name in the same location?

    So my questions would be:

    Does that code change ALL default theme pages? I’d still like the default to show sidebar, but to have an option to have a default page without sidebars too. I see the test-page is exactly what Im looking for, how can I implement that change selectively?

    After posting i did some more research and ended up adjusting the permalink settings which by default were off and blocking posts..it works now..thank you!!
