Thank you Magda. As you’ve stated the portfolio / gallery area is working perfectly again. I’d also was able to add a button to the Call To Action section withing the contact page. Now, I guess all I have to do is update the theme or just download the theme and grab the updated version of VC.
Hello, I wanted to see if there was any update to this. I haven’t had any new results from you all in almost 3 weeks for this glitch error and for the slider not working for Windows 10.
I’ve also came across another issue as well. It’s your “Call to Action Button 2” and “Button 2” for some reason I cannot place a URL link to the button even when I click save and update the page the link is gone and does not work. You can see The call to action section at http://www.globalonboardpartners.com/contact/. I’d tried having the button work for the Call to action area but couldn’t get any results and instead attempted to use just the Button 2 one but no results as well. I’m trying to have the button link go to http://www.globalonboardpartners.com/contact/regional-contacts/
Please if you can help me with the previous issues and with this new issue…that would be great. I need this to be done within the week if possible.
Oh and also icons have been fixed with the latest update…thank you 🙂 I’m still having issues with the portfolio section but I’m using the shortcode version…and it’s a temporary fix for now since it works.
I believe he’s talking about the logo he wishes to use…it’s causing the “Search” bar to dropdown …like pushing it to the next row…maybe it’s with width that he’s using…I kinda went along with the logo size that you had used for your demo but made my width a little bigger.
If you need the width…make sure you don’t have too many titles on your menus…I’d only used 5 of them…Home | About | Services | Our Work | Contact…I would add the other title links underneath the main menu as submenus.
If you want…create a footer link of other pages…such as Faq | Terms and etc.
I’m still getting the same issue if it’s set to “Archive Portfolio” template. I keep getting the same rotation. However, when using the shortcode / page builder of portfolio…I see the items in rows now.
So here’s what I’m seeing with what’s going on…there’s an issue with the portfolio (archive template) but if you use page builder and add portfolio…things are fine…BUT you have to make sure to put Draft or Trash to the pages that you no longer wish to use…because the portfolio section is grabbing everything including empty portfolio item pages that don’t have images…so if I want to keep those pages for whatever reason and don’t wish to delete them…add them to Drafts.
But…here’s the issue…If I choose to go this route with page builder…I don’t have the options to choose how I want the pop-ups…allowing to either go to next page…instead of using mansory…I believe it’s called. It doesn’t show “Loading” like it does with your demo when using mansory. I even tried setting up or at least checking the appearance section to edit portfolio but it doesn’t effect the page builder portfolio…so that kind of sucks…but I’ll use it as temporary for now..until the issue has been resolved.
As for the removing the red / pink looking bar and changing its color…any results on how to edit that?
I do have actual images in some of the portfolio items, for instance Jetair Flipkart. Some of the information are old because of me importing information from our old site.
I have 4 images inside that “port item” but nothing shows up on the Port page…that’s the issue. I’ve done right about close to 12 port items and nothing is showing up (all of them have images.
I’m going to try the shortcode / page builder again of Portfolio and keep you posted within the next 20 minutes.
Most likely it’s your PHP issue with your host provider. Make sure that your PHP is current / latest. That’s how I was able to solve my issue. I thought it was current but then I saw another button that said latest (using Media Temple) and clicked on it…refreshed the site and tried activating again and then it worked.
Sadly it seems that don’t work on the weekends -_- and I’m trying to knock this out for a company of mine…so basically having to figure this out on my own.
