    Sorry but this change is not included in the theme support (support policy). Gallery page is created using template ‘gallery template with sidebar’ which is functioning correctly and you can’t edit it’s content from WordPress panel.We can add this type of functionality to the template via custom development.

    Hello,

    1)I uploaded two additional images and they displayed correctly. Please keep in mind to upload the images screen from upload option and not from media library.Screen 1.1

    2)After clicking on gallery name it will open automatically in the bottom of the screen.screen2

    3)This problem is fixed, I added some new styling code to your WordPress.

    4)For this point, can you please explain more? If it is possible, please send us a screenshot.

    Hello,

    Probably the problem is the compatibility of the theme with WooCommerce version 3.1. I have tested version WooCommerce 3.08 and tax displayed correctly. I am sending the problem to our backend developers and I will return soon with more information.

    Hello,
    To fix the responsive issue you need to set the height of the Row to 100% – this should fix the problem on your site (link). Please be sure, that the value must be “100%” not 100. We edited the container height in your homepage and it looks fine.

    Please download and try this plugin to change category order plugin link. This plugin should resolve your problem with static category fields.

    Can you explain what is needed to be done “Organized into Breakfast & Lunch”? Please tell us more details about “The Post Attribute order”. We are waiting for your response.

    Hello,

    This bug occurs between visual composer and theme compatibility. Errors do not affect the functionality of plugins, they only inform about old settings. At this moment I have hidden these notifications by editing the wp-config.php file.
    In the near future we will release a new version of Charlotte where all these errors will no longer show.

    Hello!

    All photos are currently placed in media gallery (attivita). You should add photos to the second gallery you want to use. Go to Galleries/Foto ambienti and click –>Screen 1 , Screen 2. When you upload photos in correct galleries all should be fine:)

    If you want to change the text on label just go to WordPress panel/Media and follow instructions in this screenshot Screenshot 3. You can easily change the title 🙂
    If you don’t need this label go to Theme option/code/custom styles and paste this code: (Screen 4)

    Hello!

    We were able to recreate this problem and we are working to repair this bug on Theme options.
    At this moment i changed default font size to 16px using custom css in WordPress. (http://prntscr.com/frjlgy)
    Unfortunately Google fonts doesn’t support Helvetica font for free but u can use similar font to Helvetica:
    -Montserrat
    -Roboto
    -Lato

    When we will fix the problem concerning font size in theme option, we will right back to you.

    I added to file (path: themes/petloverstheme/functions.php) extra line in the end of the code to display quantity products on shop page. (http://prntscr.com/fr0yir) “9” is a number you chose to display number of products in your page – if you need more products to show, just edit the number and save:).
    In second problem i just reset WooCommerce pages and problem is resolved 🙂

    There was a small mistake when we were investigating the Farm fresh theme. But we noticed that you are using WP not HTML template, despite the category to which you assigned this ticket.

    Hello,
    I would recommend looking through the slick slider documentation on the official site : link.

    If you need to add a custom link to the gallery u should add to your site new div with class and “a” tag inside this div. Please take a look at the screenshot.
    You just need to add some custom css style to position this anchor:

    We were able to recreate and fix this problem – in your WordPress theme option we are add a few custom style :).

    When you need connect social into team-member page just use a shortcode: link (# is a URL )
