Sorry I can’t post another thread about it, every time I try to create a ticket it says “Can’t connect to http://FTP.”

    Hi,

Thank you for that! It works. But I have a few other problems as well…

When I’m in Theme Options in the WP Admin Panel, nothing shows up except the documentation stuff.

Also, when I’m checking out, it seems that the load icon doesn’t go away on the right side (see screen shot) – http://104.236.234.238/checkout-3/

Previous upload didn’t work, exceeded file size (you can see that at the very tip before the header nav it’s where the image is).

    ALSO:

I noticed there is a huge space between the image and the description in the shortcodes… I tried creating a new topic for this but it says can’t connect to FTP server. I’ve attached a screenshot of this.

Upon further poking around, I realized that it has to do with file permissions. When I changed everything to 644 recursively in the pluto folder, the good news is that I could upload and view images in grid format through the CP. But the bad news is that the website won’t show up anymore.

Then when I change it to 755, the website shows up but I can’t view grid mode or upload…

Which file(s) do I need 644 permission on to be able to upload images?

    Hi Julka,

I see your screenshot and it seems to work for you but when I click the Media Library in grid mode nothing shows up. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed Pluto. Can you check again to make sure everything was installed correctly? I can’t imagine what I’m missing, I did SFTP and uploaded all files recursively. If it is not installed completely would you mind installing it again for me?

    Hi,

I updated with the key and hit Update Now on the theme and now it’s giving me a “briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance” error. Now I can’t access my site at all 🙁

    Hi,

The user I gave you has root access to the file system so you should be able to navigate to the WordPress directory with cd /var/www/html and there you will see all of the WordPress files. I tried this with SFTP and it works.

Nevermind, I overlayed it with some fade-out jquery.

Hoping to get an answer to this today. I’m in a hurry to get started, sorry!
