please have also a short look into another feature of the contact form. I want to add a subject menu to it that the visitor need to choose between options. The problem I got is, I need to make this field mandatory.

need to write you again because the contact form you modified is getting a broken layout after sending a message with a mobile browser. Can you please have a look on it again?
can you please have a look to the original contact page form? With a mobile browser it is not possible to enter text into the fields and also not possible to press the OK button.

I fixed this but used a seperate contact form, which I modified only to two fields. Embedd it with iframe. Because I could not get the included contact form from the template running if it is embedded twice!
Actually, currently it is not possible to embedd this contact form twice. Just please give me a hint, how to embed it 2 times but each should work on its own, not related to each other
The only thing of a newsletter I want is, that a visitor enter his email address and phone number and transmits them to me, exactly the same what a contact form is doing but without a message.
what I oy need is, get the contact form running also at the welcome screen. Because I can use this contact form also to getting the email and phone from visitors. The only difference is, that the visitor does not need to add a message. To do this, there is need of a new mailer php file, the one from the form can be used with modified entries. The problem is, I cannot get the form running at the welcome screen. Even the original contact form, from the contact page. I tried to copy that form from the contact page to the welcome page, but it doesnt work.
Please let me know how I can get the embedded contact form to the welcome screen.
