are often better for cooling We may not necessarily be buying the concept

  • Thank you for your detailed answer

    Unfortunately I don’t understand nos 1, 3-5

I’m not familiar to code and working ind the files of WordPress.
That’s why I use WordPress and buy a theme like yours.

    It’s far from my knowledge

    Sorry πŸ™‚

I would like to use your theme.

But you say it’s the server

and my webhost asks me to deactivate the theme and then performance change

    What can I do?

    Hi

    Still issues.

My website and backend has been VERY slow since I installed the theme.

When I click on “update” in backend it takes 40 secs waiting time before I can go to next thing I need to do. And when I click return to pages or products I have to wait 40 secs again.

I have contacted my webhost and they asked me to change theme to see if it made any changes and the waiting time went down to approx. 14 secs.

This is REALLY a problem for me and my customers.

I really like your theme and I wish I can have it active on my website. But as it seems it seriously slows everything down I want to return the theme and get my money back….

If you don’t have a quick solution to this problem

I look forward to hear from you

    Hi

No problem. Just asking πŸ™‚ Thanks

Not all images was uploaded from the demo. Just FYI

    Hello

Regarding the change in my website performance:

I have looked a little bit at the link you attached and the 2. point of slow websites are this:

    2. Use a Fast WordPress Theme

A design that has been coded badly, or uses images throughout the design, will add unnecessary weight to your page. It is not uncommon for some WordPress themes to be a few megabytes in size. Such a design could add a few seconds to your page loading time.

Choose a design that has been optimized for desktops, tablets and mobile devices. Search engines favor responsive designs as they ensure all pages have the same URL, however adaptive designs that were created specifically for mobile phones can improve a mobile user’s experience considerably (it is not uncommon for an adaptive design to reduce page size by over one megabyte).

Unfortunately, most theme developers optimize their theme demo website using caching and content delivery networks. This makes is difficult to know how quick a WordPress design is before using it yourself.

And my website changed after I uploaded your theme and it is picture heavy and I can see that a lot of the pictures are more than 1MB.

Do you have an uptimzed version of the theme?

Thanks and have a nice day

Thank you so much. My website looks so much better now. Just need to update πŸ™‚

    Thank you.

I saw that the images started to pop up in the gallery πŸ™‚

How do I get the icons in place again?

Thank you for all your help

It’s also very VERY slow in opening my website after installation.
    Why is that?

None of the demo pics or icons are in the media gallery.

They are only inside the pages….

    I can see that.

    But I didn’t remove them.

They where there when I downloaded the demo and with the PHP change and what you have done they are now gone… icons and pics.

I have forwarded your messages to my host provider and I hope they can solve this.

Unfortunately this is far out of my knowledge area. I hope I can send your message to my provider and they know what to do.

Frontpage errors. See attached image. Icons gone and images gone.

There is really a lot of strange things happening.

    All icons are gone now.

A lot of the pictures from the demo is replaced by questionmarks

I hope we can resolve this πŸ™‚

    Hi

I don’t know what you mean by “After I enabled wp-debug on your site we can see this warnings (img) ”

I don’t know what a “wrapper” is, that is disabled

I have also changed links to social media icons and they are not changed on website either

I have also changed the Copyright Footer text, but it’s not changed on to the website…

I’m sorry but not at my end…. no change

    Hi

I have changed the PHP to version 5.6 and it helped. I can now access the customize area.

    BUT….

It looks strange… still…. The view is not like the website. Attached screendump

    Hi

I don’t understand. Because I believe other things in my webshop will not run smoothly on the lower.
But I will try to downgrade

Will the theme be changed to work with the higher version?

    It’s in “customize” I get strange page…

    see attached screen shot.

    Hi

I installed dog-demo-content and problems again,

When I enter “change theme” I get “CT copyright” message….

    hello again

I think I managed to get it installed. Downloaded the WP only files and it seems to work.
