    All I’m asking is for the form to work properly and send the email address of the person completing the form to my gmail account. Is that not possible? Please advise. Thank you.

    I updated the form folder with the one you provided and I’m still getting the same error. I am using the files provided by the template. Please tell me where to edit to correct. I see you have dealt with this issue before but have never posted a fix. That’s all I’m looking for, not for you to FTP in. Please provide the fix. Thank you.
