I think this is the last thing for now, I sent the message earlier but I am not sure if you noticed it or not. Please could you let me know how to do the following?

1. How can I change the black background at the top of the single post pages to an image instead of plain black?
2. How can I change the header (big image) to a video like the one in the demo?
3. How can I improve page loading times?

I just remembered one more thing.

I would like to add an opt-in form from aweber along the gold line or in the black part of my website home page. How do I enter code for that to show up please?

Thank you so much for responding. I have done alot more now and been brave enough to even transfer the html code onto my own site. So far so good! Then I have the long task of uploading great content, I wish you could help with that too! LOL
