The credential I sent you on May 11 is the most up to date. And I would wait for you until you solved the form submission problem. Lastly I said it FOUR times and I hope you can solve the following problem. I looked at the script, it clearly just allow me to choose the option on the Contact Method but DO NOT ALLOW me to input anything on the field. For example, if you choose email, you suppose to type in the email address on the ‘Contact Method’ field. But you can’t. This is the problem I meant FOUR times. Please look into this. I will be greatly appreciated. Below is the quote of the problem I mentioned to you before.

I continue to have issues with this theme. Sorry for bugging you. But I almost need to give up.
(1) The email never got received. I tested it on different dates. But it is not working. I used Firefox and Chrome. It both not working on the sliding image and the http://kayskincarebeauty.com/contact.html

(3) Can you slower the sliding image speed? Like 15 seconds. There is no way I can complete the form. The sliding image change to the next one within 4 seconds.
(4) I updated the credential. You shouldn’t be able to access to my site with the old credential.
Now the form submission cannot be received. I waited for 1 hour but no mail was received. I tested with my PC and mobile phone last night and all 8 forms were received. However today, there is nothing in the inbox and spam folder in two emails.
Thank you very much for your swift response! I don’t know why but no matter how many time I hard refresh my site, the problem still exists.

Thank you tons! I checked. The form is working on the website on the contact.html. But I checked two email boxes. I still can’t find the appointment email. Is there anything I needed to do? I checked the spam folder as well. No email from look good website. Can you please take a look for me, please?
