    Hello,

    I just made changes to the text in the pricing page and everytime I do that, it bunches all the text together versus stacking it.

    Here is an image of the text bunched together. I didn’t save it yet because I want to show how it looks during the preview.

    How can this be fixed and how can I prevent this from happening in the future?

    Thank you for fixing that. YOu are correct I was adding it on the visual tab vs the text tab. Thank you again!

    Okay I followed the instructions. I downloaded the theme from Themeforest and I uploaded via wordpress. However, on the frontend it looks fine except the fact I still can’t see the video on the homepage on the mobile version of the website.

    Also, I noticed that on the backend the theme still says “pluto” by wordpress.org and not your wordpress version.

    Attached are two screen shots. I’m a little confused on what is happening. Could you help?

    Hi Julka,

    So, I need to download your theme manually because the name has been changed to prevent this problem from happening.

    Now in order to download correctly. How do I do that?

    Should I uninstall the current theme and then download your theme again from Themeforrest. Then upload that?

    Now all the content that I created before will it still be there or is it all gone?

    I updated the theme, but it reverted back to some other pluto theme like it did before.

    Can you guys fix it because I have an event this week?

    I’m just following up on the status of fixing the mobile error with YouTube on the homepage.

    I’m still seeing the problem and others that visited the website are experience the same problem as well.

    Hi,

    The main website looks good but now the mobile version is not showing up correctly.

    Here is an attached photo of the Script that keeps showing. Plus a few pages won’t show up at all. Keeps getting page error.

    Thank you. That did remove the error, but I forgot to mention that on the mobile version there is a white background with no video like the web version. Why is that and can that be fixed to show the video like the web version?
