Hi Magda – was away and just back now. I have activated the template and am stuck with how to get the main slider to work – i would like to try all of the options (Ken burns, slider, parallax, and video) and then decide on which i want to use but i cannot figure out how to do this. I created a gallery with just one image. Also i setup the Social and they appeared at the top of the page once, but then disappeared. can you please assist? you already have the login information.

Hi Magda, as per my original email- i want to PREVIEW the theme before i go live with it but i cannot get anything to work correctly to see the preview. so are you saying i MUST go live with it to actually see it? most themes you can preview and can see how it will look before you activate it as your live site.
Under Appearance – i don’t see Theme Options. Under Plugins I do not see any ones you show installed. my concern with having you just create some pages is that i will not have the full functionality to then go and change things should i not like what you setup. what other option is there? I don’t have any options to select a default header type or multi/single page — i want multi page. is it easier if you take a look at the site rather than us trying to sort this out through here? thanks for your quick response…i do appreciate it and REALLY want to use this template so hope we can sort it out.
Hi Magda – i have not resolved anything and i have been trying to follow the instructions but with no luck. I do not see any plugin messages to install any prepackaged plugins. I do not see a link for Theme Options under Appearance. As i stated i have an existing site and am trying to get this new theme setup under Live Preview. it appears the instructions and the information you sent are for NEW installs so that does not help me. where are instructions for using this theme with an existing site? any other ideas? it would be an absolute LAST RESORT to have to take my existing site down just to get a new theme to work and i would hope that is not necessary. Please advise on next steps. thanks very much.
