HI Magda the catch phrase is under the image “workout with the best training partner ever…your pooch” – it shows up but it is almost the entire width of the page and it used to be smaller like the demo. Also the whole page’s margins are now that width as well, and the Team Member section of the page – the margins on it take the entire width of the screen. i never changed anything on any of the pages so i don’t know why this has happened. You can see what i mean at the website poochpartners.ca

thanks Magda – i got the slider to function.
I went and read and watched videos on child theme and created one and activated it and it f** up the whole website and made it unavailable. So i deleted the child theme entirely and then the petloverstheme wouldn’t work and it defaulted to one of the twentysomething templates. So i reactivated petloverstheme and it came back but i have lost some formatting on the home page so nothing is indented like it should be and the catch phrase at the top isn’t in the image. However i just went to look at the demo for formatting and it is not functioning either so i think this issue is due to the upgrade to the theme as I just did this morning. See your own site http://petlovers.splash.themeplayers.net/ – there is proper formatting (catch phrase “A necessity…” is encapsulated by the bottom of the image and indentation of page content exists) shown but then if you click to go to http://petlovers.themeplayers.net/dog/ the formatting is gone. i have attached images as well. so as i believe this issue is caused by the upgrade i will wait for a response. thanks

thanks for the help! regarding the simple slider, if you look at the simple slider page you will see the slider actually slides into the page from the left side as you move to that section of the page. on my home page it does not “slide” in – it just pops up.

hi Magda, the slider does NOT slide in from the right – it just pops up suddenly. Another question for you – is there a way to add a second list in the footer column 4 – i have tried unsuccessful to add one called “Legal Stuff” but it hasn’t worked. thanks

1.November 6, 2016 at 2:32 am 1. I added missing style:
.ct-slideInSection–left:after{right: 0px;} So the header will be showing up correctly right now.

When i checked the slider (Our Services) was not working and when i searched for the code you had added, it wasn’t there so i added it but the slider still isn’t working correctly. can you check it again please.

2. What videos ARE compatible? i have tried vimeo as well and while the link will work it does not show up in the Media box.

last one for today – i have tried to add an accordion where i want to put descriptions of the services so people can expand to read more about each service. i have put some content in to work with. i have some questions and an issue. The problem is that the toggle does not work like the one in the template. You can toggle to open to see the content of one section but then it will not close if you try to toggle back. it will only close if you toggle on another section. I would like it to work like the one in the template sample (http://petlovers.themeplayers.net/toggables).

The questions I have are as follows:
1. how do i get this to line up with the margins of the Services information above it on my page?
2. how do i change the title font? i would like it to look like the left side of the sample does – i have attached image of what i would like to have in each of the 2 columns i have setup and what i currently have.

hi again – so this time i have run into a problem with Product. Everything was going great and i was adding new variations to Fit Pack product and it suddenly stopped showing the options and instead is showing the Terms & Conditions in the Options drop down (see image attached). i tried changing settings on the Terms & Conditions attributes but couldn’t get it back to showing the options. I do want the Terms & Conditions to show on the Product page as well as on the Variable pages under Additional information. i will leave this one until you have a chance to look at it.

thanks for the update – i will take a look later as am just heading out but i do have another question. I have 4 team members and have put an order id on each page. i want them to show from the order 0-1-2-3 as i have set on each page. I have tried setting the slider to show in order by page order and also tried order by parent ID but they still remain in the same order (appears to be based on date). thank you!

Hi there – a couple more questions for you.
1. If i want to set a default tab for specific products to be shown on the home page, how is that done? i tried using the Settings of Fitness tab but it did not change anything. i also checked the documentation but couldn’t find anything on this.

2. On my Services slider (was called Categories on template), is there a way to display a title of the service if someone rolls over the image or if they click on the image?

3. on my About Us page i have set video (same as template setup)- all i changed was link to my video and the title but it won’t work. The video does not play as it should and the link in the text box to the video brings up error that “the image cannot be found” although it is set to Video.

first let me say a huge thank you Magda for your patience and assistance in helping me get used to this new template!! i have been playing with adding different images to the ken burns slider and am wondering why some images work and others don’t. i added 3 images (on the A Partnership Like No Other page) but only 2 are rotating through. Also, where are the settings for the time the images switch as sometimes it is fast and then other times slower. Is there a standard image size i should be using? i tried using the same size as the 2 samples but then i don’t get the full image showing, just the dogs noses. thanks!

so i think i have figure out that i have to take one of the existing pages, for example: ken burns small) and change the content of it and set it as my static home page to have that effect? problem is that i want to use the ken burns small page, but it is not working – not showing any background image – only showing “who let the dogs out”.

also i set home page to maintenance page while i get this all sorted out but the counter is not counting properly. i want to have the site done by Nov 1 so entered the following: [countdown_row year=”2016″ month=”11″ day=”01″ hour=”08″ minute=”00″], but it is showing 34 days in the countdown when it should be less than 4 days.

sorry for being a pain, just am not finding the documentation to be very helpful. i will keep working on it and let you know if i make any progress.

thank you – my ISP provider installed the certificate so i expected it would have been done correctly. i will check out the instructions provided in the link and see if i can get it setup properly and see if that resolves the problem.
