  • So it’s weird because if you type .com/assets/form/send.php/ instead of .com/assets/form/send.php it doesn’t work for me either. Without the “/” at the end though, it does download the form for me.

    What was the second image you sent me for?

    What credentials would you need to check this problem?

    Thanks for the response. I was able to resolve items 2 and 3. However, I’m still having issues with item 1. I corrected the path of the send.php but it is still showing the 404 error

    If I type that same link into my browser manually, it downloads the send.php file.

    Any idea what’s going on?

    Hey I actually figured this out. I hadn’t properly created the static pages.
