    Then I don’t understand why its doing it. Why would a span all of sudden be added to all H1 and H2 tags?

    I didn’t copy and paste the description from a document, I typed it in.

    if these are H1/H2 tags, why is the style sheet not over riding these ?

    This has only happened since moving the theme, so its a theme issue.

    So from what I am understanding right now you are adding simple text (img) but the theme is adding the header size and the color style on it’s own?
    I see that in most of the Product description is added some type of color to the text (img)

    yes that is correct, why is the theme doing this ?

    There are now big gaps on the product pages, please can this be fixed. As it only happened when you added the new styling. See URL below:

    Hi please find screen shot attached. The color of the H3’s have been set to black, however something in the theme is over riding this and adding a span.

    This is fixed, however the h2 and h1’s have somehow added a span to them with a color of purple and I cannot get rid of that. Can you help?

    I did contact the hosting company and there are no errors on their side or errors on the server. I’ve had various different people access the site and they are having no problem.

    Must be something on your side

    If it is a corrupt .htaccess file, then came with the downloaded theme. How would I fix that, as I cleared the database and started from scratch?

    The website is accessible. I have tried from mulitple machines.
    I believe it might be an issue on your side. Could you try clear your cache and history and try again?

    Thanks I’ve figured that out.

    One last problem, I keep getting an Internal Server Error – this happens randomly. I have increased the PHP memory limit, I have also removed the database and files and started from scratch, and still receiving the error.

    Could you perhaps tell me why this would be happenning ?

    Hi I’m still having problems with the shop page.

    1.The custom css that I used has all of a sudden been over ridden and not working anymore.
    2. Also, How do i make the shop page look like your demo page? (with side bar etc)
    3. I’d like the products to be displayed per category. i.e one section – Meat one section – vegetables etc. How is this achievable?

    I added products, and added the recent products shortcode – doesn’t show.
    Changed the font to black – doesn’t show
    nothing is showing on the front of the website

    Hi Magda,

    I use VC on the backend and create various different things (i.e text, custom headings, images etc.). But nothing is showing on the front end? (on the website itself)
