About that error, try updating once again, if that will not work install he update via ftp, manually. So far it always worked.

Download zipped theme from you account and place it manually in the themes folder.

Here is a link how to do it, it will work the same as updating through admin panel (clicking the button).

Yes, that is what you see on the current page.

Right, 4.35 is the version that comes with Daycare. Next week there is going to be the update of the theme, so I would suggest, before you install that update, deactivate and uninstall-delete visual composer. Thus, with the update you will get the latest version.
Of course after the update, you will see in the admin panel the warning – install visual composer, or rather activate, because it will be on the plugin list, only not active. When you activate it, it will be the latest version.

I changed it for you.

Well, to cut a long story short, if you change em tag to b tag in classic mode – text you are sure that the text you input will be bold, if you cannot see any spaces when editing in visual composer, input an empty link with a space, like in the screenshots. I know it sounds kind of counter-intuitive but visual composer removes empty spaces at the beginnig of a line.
you can edit that in classic mode if visual composer is not doing what you intended,

About the Visual Composer plugin:
It comes with our theme, which means you got it in the package, and if you want a newer version you can update it by updating the whole theme Daycare. Most probably we will put the new version around the middle of next week, so please update your theme once it is available – this way you will get the latest Visual Composer.

first create new portfolio item (Portfolio items – Add new – button),

then scroll down to portfolio settings and select Video in “Show portfolio item as” dropdown menu, see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/69mt7s

I suggest You upload Your video to YouTube and take a screenshot of the video,
then set this snapshot as feature image, see screenshot http://prntscr.com/69muh6

for one, You will have the proper speed of the video loading guaranteed, and plus, I think some video formats might not be supported in this feature, so this way it would work for sure

and of course add Your video’s URL in Portfolio Item Settings, see http://prntscr.com/69myzt

This was caused by the bugfix for the scroll jump fix in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Sorry for this issue. It has already been fixed, you can see it in our demo.

Our theme should be edited using a child theme so that nothing gets broken when we release some update. https://createit.support/knowledgebase/what-is-child-theme-and-how-create-one/

Using FTP you should be able to edit anything in our files, create child themes based in our own theme etc.
In WP-admin I believe you are able to install, remove and edit any plugin or setting in our theme.

1: This seems like a Chrome issue. It doens’t happend in IE or in FF. We found two solutions:
– Remove ct-u-diagonalBottomRight from your id=”section6″ (Will cause the bottom diagonal to disapear)
– Alter the HTML markup like the index6.html file I sent you (the sections wont be so much SEO like I guess)
