    1. This contact form can be changed in any way as it is added via Realtyna not Contact form7 (img)

    2. I can’t recreate this issue on our site because as I understand you don’t see in Search Fields Configuration other search box options like ‘Lokalizacja’ and ‘Cena’ ? Could you please provide us with working credentials as I am no longer able to access your dasboard by the one you send us before? This way I will be able to check the problem on your site.

    3. Unfortunately Realtyna don’t have functionality to add space after currency as I checked in the plugin functionality.

    Hello Mirko!

    Unfortunately the only way to solve this problem is to create a separated pages for products with shipping and for products without shipping option.
    As we checked it there is no custom functionality that could be added to create this type of option to our pluign.

    Hello!

    Sorry for mu mistake! I didn’t understand the issue correctly. Yes, you are right the discount functionality should have option to add the discount only to product price when ignoring the shipping cost.

    Right now we were able to added a fast solution that will ignore the shipping when promo code will be used. The disadvantage of this functionality is that the total price will be the summed price of the products (img) but after going to checkout the product prices and shipping prices will be summed up (img).

    I am really sorry for the incomplete answer. Below you will find instruction how the plugin can be used as a shortcode.

    Accordion menu can be easily embedded into any page or post. To use it, simply paste this code into your page:

    You can choose which of your arleady created wordpress menus will be shown as an accordion by adding its name to the shortcode as above. In this example the menu name is Main (img)

    It should give you this effect on the site (img)

    This way you will add default version of the accordion but with this plugin you have many shortcodes attributes that can by added to customize it more.

    For example you can choose which skin you want to use – classic (that is set as default), color, dim, minimal, pointer and ribbon. If you are not familiar how they look, please visit our DEMO site as below.

    This is how our shortcode code with skin attribute should look like.

    Other useful attribute is event that will allow you to decide about the way how the accordion will act – you can choose that submenu will be shown after clicking on the parent link or after hovering over it.
    To use this attribute please add to the shortcode event=”click” or event=”hover” similar to the way how the skin was added in the example above.

    You can also add a search option – This way users will be able to search phrases in it looking for specific information or link.
    Attribut for this options is search – you can decide where it will be show by adding:
    search=”top” or search=”bottom”
    To set the text that will be next to the search option please add searchText attribute with the text you want to use for example searchText=”Search”

    So the shortcode created this way will look like this:

    I checked the content visible in the portfolio and updated the style to:

    As it seems that the header wasn’t using the correct font. This is how this section is looking now (img) As I double check the whole content as on example it is using Roboto Condensed Font.

    If the fonts are still not looking like the one in the images please let me know on which browser or device you have this problem.

    As I tested this problem on your site (img) I wasn’t able to recreate this issue on Chrome or IE.
    Please make sure you are using the latest version of the browsers and that the codes you are adding there is the same as added in the jQuery Paypal HTML Shop script.

    All the filters option used on the site can be set via Appearance > Theme Settings > Searchbox – View Fields. Unfortunately only one Searchbox can be use on site.

    I am sorry for me misunderstanding your question, hopefully I will be able to help you now 🙂

    1. Please go to WPL > Flex And choose Listing ID and choose Detail Page – Hide (img)

    2. Agent Info title can be changed on path WPL > Activity Manager (img)

    3. To change default currency go to WPL > Data Structure – Unit Manager where you will be able to change the curreny.

    Also I understand that you are editing this changes in child theme? Any changes added to the main theme files will be removed with this theme update.

    Are you sure you didn’t try to create ticket in jQuery Searchable 3 Level Accordion category? As it is a plugin for HTML sites the FTP credentials are needed, so we are able to check the problem there.

    I moved your ticket to correct section: Responsive Searchable 3 Level Accordion For WordPress but according to the problem you describe please make sure you didn’t bought jQuery version of this plugin instead of the WordPress version. You should be able to install it as any other WordPress plugin. In the plugin package you will find index.html page that contain documentation for this plugin (attached to this reply).

    Hello!

    To remove the ID please add this custom css on path Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

    You can also change what will be show there by goint go Appearance > Customize > Single Property page – Head section title (img)

    Agent info (img) can be changed via WPL > Use Manager > and then you can choose which agent information you want to change by clicking the name (img)

    Hello!

    We are not using the default VC Parallax functionality because we weren’t happy with the way how it work. Instead to add parallax please change the Parallax to none and add ct-u-parallax class for Extra class name (img)
    The background image can be added to Design Options tab (img).

    I added fix to shop.js and shop.min.js file (img) Please make sure that your server removed the cache and the new version of this file is used. After this fix promocodes will work on Safari and Firefox browser.

    Unfortunately the credentials you send to us aren’t working for us. Could you please check them again, so we will be able to access your WordPress Dashboard.

    Our developers will soon start working on the solution for this issue. The fix should be ready at the end of this week.
    The latest version of the theme (4.5) contain the Max Mega menu so please make sure that you updated your theme to the latest avaliable version. The demo import with the Max mega menu isn’t ready but if you will have problem with setting it please let me know and I will be more than happy to do so 🙂
    Is the Simple slider not working for you? This shortcode was part of the theme from beginning. Isn’t it working for you correctly?
    What do you mean by different to the one provided by Envato? Are you having the problem with the folder name as described here?

    It is hard to tell the source of this issues as we are not able to access your site and can’t recreate them on our demo.
    Today Disrupt WP theme will be update to 1.1 version with latest version of the plugins used with the theme and will be avaliable to download from Envato marketplace.

    Unfortunately I can’t provide you with VC code because this plugin was bought as part of the theme bundle. More about it you can read here.

    If this update will not solve your problems unfortunately we won’t be able to do much without being able to access your site.

    I will need o test it. Could you please let me know where this phrases are used? I wasn’t able to find them on my own so I can’t tell right now if they are part of the theme phrases or WPL ones.
    Also did you check this WPL documentation when you were translating WPL (link)

    Hello!

    The sensor parameter is no longer required for the Google Maps JavaScript API but it won’t prevent the Google Maps JavaScript API from working correctly.
    We will try to remove it form the theme in its next update for Envato market.

    The search option is working correctly, via price slider you were able to choose price from 0 to 1 mln $ when your properties cost more, so none of them meet the price requirement. I set the limit from 0 to 700 mln (img) to fix this problem.

    Yes, I misunderstood your question.

    As I understand the the problem is visible in the Credit card pagseguro plugin as I wasn’t able to recreate this issue in the credit card (12x without interest) option as you can see below

    PAC, Sedex and Withdraw in store delivery method when using Credit card.

    But as I mentioned before this plugin isn’t part of our theme and I cant promise that it will be 100% compatible with the theme.
    I would suggest you to contact with PagSeguro support help, they should be able to help you there (Support forum)

    I am not sure if I fully understand the issue here. As I checked the Pluto WP functionality is working correctly or is there some functionality not working for you?
    The element that isn’t working for you right now is a custom plugin you are trying to use with the theme? In that situation I would suggest you to contact the developer of the plugins you are trying to use.

    Unfortunately we are not supporting third party plugins on this free support forum and this type of support can be only solved via premium support (more information about it you will find here).
