    To be honest the most help for us will be giving start to our theme ( I remember that you told me that you had problems with this but lets try again 🙂 )

    When you are log in into your envato Account go to the section downloads there you should find our Secundo Responsive Portfolio WP Theme and next to it there will be start and pick 5 of them 🙂

    But going back to your twitter issue yes I understand that single link isn’t too awsome. Unfortunately making this plugin react as you wish is more than our standard support :(. I don’t know what kind of plugin you found but I will suggest you to write to our premium@createit.pl to ask about this fixes. It will cost but maybe it still will be cheaper than the plugin you found. But of course the decision is yours 🙂

    3. Humm that strange. I checked it on my ‘company’ e-mail and on my private gmail account and it was working correctly. (I am testing it on your page by changing the ‘Mail to adress’ not on our Secundo demo page) Did you checked if this info note was recognize as a spam maybe ?

    4. If I understand correctly you want to use a diffrent plugin there yes ? This for sure will break the styling but you/we ca always try to hook the old style to new markup but I cannot promise anything.
    As far as I know after someone tweet your post or Share the post there is info about it on tweeter and facebook. And the plugin is taking the info from there. So you shouldn’t lose any of this data.

    I’m sorry to keep you waiting for so long.

    1. I added some space between the shadow box and text on the right. The code is of course in the custom css if you feel it’s not pretty enough don’t be afraid to change it 🙂

    2. To make that kind of changes you need to make the changes in the custom css or the style.css files. (if I remeber correctly we did some of this type changes in the footer widgets style.)

    3. Could you please tell me more about this issue why do you thing it isn’t working correctly ?
    I check the widget and it is working correctly on your page. This widget task is to send your an email with e-mail addres of a person that subscribe to your page example

    4. I checked this element on a test post and i wasn’t able to recreate the issue you have. I get the tweets on the twitter account I also have informacion that I like post on my facebook account. If you still notice this issue please write more info about it and we will try to fix it 🙂

    Hello!

    I checked the issue on demo page. And you are right even if you have gallery images added – the slider don’t work in this variation. But the slider work when clicking the portfolio image send you to this portfolio item single page example .

    We will try to fix this issue as fast as possible.

    For this situation the best it to start from the begining ok 🙂 ?
    So as I understand my example works fully yes ?

    Sooo i get to your Test1 post and go to media library and instead of images I choose Upload to this post and check what I found 🙂

    None of this images are choosen as the feature image – You need to click of one of them and then choose Set Featured image look at this image . After doing all this the choosen img will be featuring your post 🙂

    If you are still not sure about something ask and I will try to answer as fast as possible.

    Oh my I made a terrible mistake that I am sorry about this !

    To do this as always you need to go to your Portfolio item and then choose This
    After this you need to upload the files you want to use in the gallery.
    Next step is to change in Media Library from images to uploaded to this post here

    here you have all the images Uploaded to this post the one in blu border will be the featured post

    Hello, hello!

    Ok So this is the way how it should be done – as I understan you want to have a gallery in your portfolio item.

    You have the Portfolio item name Test 1 then to have in this portfolio item you need to go to the MEDIA you have all the images there. The stuff that interesting us is the Detach/Attach link. Like here . When you clik there weh have a new window with Find Post or Pages. If you choose Test 1 and click select this image will be added to the portfolio item as a part of it gallery. And this is all you need to do 🙂

    I see that you fix the issue on your own. I am checking your menu right now and I see It is full header width as the Decima menu.

    Hello!

    It wasn’t one click demo import. Sometimes WordPress need a permalink reset. As I checked the portfolio items should appear correctly. So now what I did: I went to the Settings and there as you can see you have Common Settings you can choose there the way how the link to the elements of the page will be created. You had Day and name. I just change it to Default, save it change to Day and name and save it again. And that was all.

    Unfortunately for uknow for me reason I am not able to make any changes on your pages. Could you please check this?
    I understand that you wish to fix it as fast as possible and I am really sorry that this is taking so long but I am not able to check if the fix is working and I am not able to give you the solution by just looking on the code so to help you I have to be able to see the changes I made in this code.

    Hello!

    I notice that your theme is in 8.0.0.0 version and it isn’t by themewoodmen. As you can see on Envato market our theme is in version 3.1 . Probably you update our theme to the WordPress free theme by the same name.To fix it you need to reinstall the theme manually – the name has been changed to prevent this problem from happening.

    After doing this the issue should be gone 🙂

    Hello !

    I am happy to hear that you like our theme 🙂 !
    To do this you will need to make some changes in the the .css files of the theme.
    You need to go to the file style2.css . There you need to find class .navbar-default http://prntscr.com/7bwxmt
    Now the background-color there is white (#fff) to get the pattern you want you will need to change this color to

    and of course you need to put this background in images file of your PlutoTheme.

    If you won’t feel too comfortable to do it on your or this won’t work (it hard to help without seeing the code) just sen me the FTP Host name, username and password so I could even do this change for you 🙂

    I am sorry that I wasn’t able to check the issue before the weekend.
    I will try to answer you question and try to find the best solution as fast as possible. But to do that I need FTP url, login and password or FTP full url. you can add this info in the post but you need to remember to check the ‘Set as private reply’ so only you and supporter will see this info.

    Hello !

    I checked the issue. The reason for this upload to ver 8.0.0.0 was because you again change the name of the main file to pluto (it can’t be named pluto)- I am sorry that I didn’t remove the old file before and didn’t give you more info about the name. Now you have only one file called plutotheme http://prntscr.com/7aomef. Keep the name like this and this ‘update to version 8.0.0.0’ won’t happen.
