Hi,
the menu is not stick in the phone on purpose – we do that to save space on small device screen. In your css you should have, something like that:CSS123456@media (max-width: 979px) {#MainNav.stick {position: static !important;}}And this is doing that. If you remove that it should be ok. Previous CSS worked in my emulator, but when we have 2 parameters with “!important” there is a risk, that something won’t work.
If you will have problems with finding that and deleting, please give me your ftp access and I will do that for you (remember to set reply as private in that case).
Thanks,

JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
It was probably my typo in version number. You had “update available” in your “themes” section.
I updated it for you and now it works.Best,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hello!

About second issue – you can use “shortcodes > structure” to manage content arrangement.Best regard,

JulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
Unfortunately, log and pass doesn’t work for me:(.
But, you should have revolution slider like in our demo page if you used “1-click demo import”. (and if you have revolution slider plugin installed) Import and Export file options, I mentioned before, are optional – so you don’t have to use it.Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hello!
Please update your Boston to the newest version (1.6) and problem will be resolved – we had this bug in our previous version, but now it’s fixed.
Thanks,

This is optional setting. You can do “export” to export all revolution slider settings to one file. Or if you have already file like that (if you, for example, have revolution slider in other theme and you want to have it this theme) you can import file with settings instead of doing it again manually.I hope that my explanations are understandable 🙂

JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
This should be available in our next version of Foodtruck. It will be updated today. Thanks,

JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hello!
Here you have very similar issue. Please, check explanation in this. Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hello!
I have problems to access to your wp-admin to do that for you, so please put in your Custom CSS field (Appearance > Theme Options > Code > Custom styles) following css:CSS12345@media (max-width: 979px) {#MainNav.stick {position: fixed !important;}}And problem should be solved.

JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
I’m not sure which version of html you want to have exactly. But you can just create new html file and copy code from component.html or index.html or any file you like and just edit content. Navbar and every other part of file are always well commented, so you should be able to find element you want to edit.I hope this helps.
Best regards,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791You’re welcome Stephen.
I’m closing the topic.Best,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hello,
we’re working on this. The option will be added in next version of Foodtruck.Best regards,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Ok, could you tell me what exactly is happening? Did you have any error information displayed while file was uploading?
Please, try the other way of installing theme – add boston to your wordpress1 folder in ftp, because I can see, that you have it only in folder, which is not published (worpdress). Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
when I’m going to http://purpledot.co/wordpress1/wp-admin/themes.php I can’t see the Boston Theme. Did you tried to install this by this direction (using “Add new” and uploading zip file)and it doesn’t work? You can also, put Boston in your wp-admin folder on ftp (it should be in wp-content > themes).Could you, please tell me, which way you tried?
Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
Thanks for reporting this. We’re investigating the issue – you’ll be informed when we fix this.Best regards,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791As I told you, setting up theme in wordpress for you is not covered by our free support. Did you even tried to follow the instruction I send you? Just go to appearance > theme > add new and upload your zip file. Then activate theme and do the 1-click demo import. Instruction are here and here
Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791I’m not sure what to say – our theme was not designed especially to be printer friendly – as you can see on attached by you screenshot, part of flexslider is cut off, not every page is centered, and on every header there are paths. Our demo content is part of your purchase so you have same standard, however we’re not responsible for changes that you’ve made.
I tried to check the issue, but I can’t enter the site or wp-admin – could you please, check your htaccess?
Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
I’ve got this now. I fixed the bug for you and now you have pizza style on your site. It looks like you cleared a lot of demo content, so I hope that this looks like you wanted to.Best regards,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!

JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hello jamisont!
Sorry for our delay in answer. We had a little reorganisation of forum. Please check in our Knowledge Base articles about Custom CSS and How to change font size.I hope it helps you out.
Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
as you can see, there is a few different backgrounds on Bad Ass BBQ chapters. All of them are images, so if you want to change chapter background, you need to upload new background image to your media and then, in shortcode:
[chapter header=”chapter title” header_style=”1″ bg_image_src=”1″]
replace “1″ with your new background-image path.About changing fonts – here and here you have articles about changing fonts and customization
I hope this resolves the issue.
Best regards,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791This is still not published.
First, please try to follow steps described in documentation I send you. Setting up the theme and general WordPress How to is not covered by our free support. Thanks,
JulkaJulitaUser posts: 8791Hi!
to change that we need to do some changes in the hardcode. Normally, this is not covered by our free support, but we’ll do that for you:) Could you, please, send us your ftp access (please set your reply as private while sending credentials, so only support team could see this). Thanks,
Julka
