  • Hi!

Sorry about your problems with our plugin! We’re trying to help you, but it’s hard for us if we don’t have access to your files. Unfortunately your zip file upload failed because of the size limit: screenshot, so we weren’t able to fix this problem for you. We didn’t answer you last night, because it was after our forum hours (information about our forum hours is available in sidebar widget – we’re working in GMT+1 timezone).

The fastest and easiest way to fix this is providing us access to your FTP server (remember to mark reply with any credentials as Private reply, so only support admins could see it).

If you don’t want us to fix the problem for you – you can start a new refund request via your envato profile.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Thanks for contacting us! Can you please elaborate what do you mean by “closing the slider”?
You don’t want to have looped slides?

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

You can upload custom background image via Appearance > Customize > Main Navbar, screenshot: here and select no-repeat option to have the fixed background.

If you would like to use different background on mobile devices you can use custom CSS and @media queries styles:

    Hi Bjรถrn!

Aww, I can see the problem with the list. I’ve added some CSS to change the bullets and make the entire list indented.

    About the restaurant menu template:
I’ve removed the headline and dotted line.

If you don’t want to display the standard prices just remove the currency symbol from the customizer, screenshot: here and prices from product. It should resolve the problem.

I’m glad to hear that you like our support. Don’t forget to leave us rating on ThemeForest – it means a lot to us.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

These buttons are created automatically from you Restaurant menu categories names, screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bvpayt
In Appearance > Customize – Restaurant Menu section you can change categories filtering and order, screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bvpchr

    Hi!

Thanks a lot for disabling this for me. I fixed the issue with prices. They should be displayed correctly now. I’ve tested it with several items from “Sushi” category and it worked fine.

Let me know if there is anything else I could help you with.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Kenburns affect is disabled for mobile devices because of site performance. You can define fallback image for mobile devices in row settings, screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bvnqiq
It works exactly in the same way on our demo page.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

Kenburns effect can be applied for row element (you need to use “Row” element instead of “Images grid”), just select the row type: kenburns, screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bvnj2k
And add background images, screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bvnjdo
Though please notice that using number of high resolution images with kenburns effect may slow down your website a bit.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

Thanks a lot for you credentials, though unfortunately I’m not able to log into your admin panel, because of Japanese captcha http://prntscr.com/bvnbxx which I’m not able to fill in ๐Ÿ™
Is there any way that you could temporary disable it?

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

Can you please create a test page for me, with the buggy code added to header, so I could check this?
Because I’ve made several changes again, for example: http://prntscr.com/bvn8fk and the code is not added. And I need to see the bug to debug and fix it.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

Please provide your generated Google Map API key, so we could fix this for you.

    Hi!

If you’re testing responsiveness by resizing the browser on your desktop, remember to refresh the page once you resized the browser. Only this way page will load mobile styles. The only way that I can recreate the issue from your screenshot is when I resize the browser window without refreshing it, which is not correct way of testing responsive view.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Now Magda is on vacation ๐Ÿ™‚ Though I am here to help you ๐Ÿ™‚

About the bullet – list – I’ve fixed the issue for you. Problem was caused by some CSS conflict.
I’ve also fixed the problem with categories names on mouse over. We didn’t anticipate usage of special characters here, that’s why the category name for hover version was imported from category slug instead of a name (and slug is always simplified, without special characters). Problem is solved now and of course fix for this will be included also in next theme update.

Let me know if there is anything else I could help you with. And have a nice day!

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

We’re checking the problem, though it looks like another problem with WooCommerce Templates Update. At the latest next week we should release and update with fixes for this.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

Can you please tell me what changes exactly you’re doing when the error with header appears? I’ve made several page edits on your website and unfortunately I can’t recreate the problem. Every time header is displayed properly.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Please check our refund policy https://createit.support/refund-policy/ and Envato Refund Rules. Please check especially section with reasons why refund may not be given. You will find there information that when you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item it’s not the reason for the author to give you a refund. In our product description, documentation and some ThemeForest comments we included information that theme content is created with shortcodes, not the Visual Composer.

Have you tried to contact our team about the theme support? We can help you with the most difficult changes.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

    Hi Jim!

Ok, thanks for the explanation. I understand the issue.

I’m not sure which images do you want to remove the bigger or the smaller one, so I provide you snippets for both images, screenshot: here.
You can add the code in Appearance > Theme Options > Code.
    (1)

    (2)

I hope it will resolve the issue.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

The Code for Google Site Verification was incorrectly added, screenshot: here.
    I’ve fixed that for you.
Additionally when you edit theme files, like header.php your changes will be overridden when updating the parent theme. That’s why I copied modified header.php file to your child theme you-computer. This way you can update the theme and the verification code will still be there.

Let me know if there is anything else I could help you with. And if you like our theme (and support) don’t forget to rate it on ThemeForest – it means a lot to us.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

I’ve removed the header and added in one more time manually. It looks like header is displayed correctly now.

    Hi!

You can disable or enable waitlist for product groups in plugin Settings Waitlist > Disabling options. You can also postpone email notification in Waitlist > Plugin settings, screenshot: here. This way you will be able to manually select subscriber to whom you would like to send notification.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Sorry about your problems with the theme! Issue is probably caused by WooCommerce Templates update. We’re working on it right now so in a few days we should release theme update with fixes for this.

    Thanks,
    Julka

    Hi!

Please upload your font files in your WordPress repository and create a CSS @font-face style, more information about the font face can be found here: link.
Then via Appearance > Theme Options > Code you can add CSS to apply new font for header, like the following:

    h1, h2, h3, h4. h5 {
    font-family:'brain flower';
    }

I hope it will resolve the issue.

    Thanks,
    Julka
