    Hi rroys,
    unfortunately I’m not able to check anything if I don’t have any access to your site or files or even screenshot.
    The problem could be caused by incorrect paths in links (please check if your files are in proper folders, adequate to paths directing to them in html).
    Also you can check if they are errors with developer tool in your browser (click F12 or Tools > Developer Tool, and then in window at the bottom click “Console”).

    Please, see attached screenshot. In your media library you have column ‘Uploaded to’, when you click ‘attach’ you can choose, site, post or portfolio item to which image should be attached. If you decide to delete file from gallery, just click ‘unattach’ (it will be shown after you hover attached item in media library, below file name). I’m afraid that it works only if you in the first place add files to media library, and then attach them to portfolio item. Because if you uploaded images to gallery directly through portfolio item, it can’t be unattached without deleting from media.

    About featured image – it’s not breaking gallery, but it looks like some of your pictures are too small. You have some 300x220px images, while on single portfolio page size of image is at least 700x398px.

    And of course, if you want to have gallery on single portfolio page you have to choose ‘gallery’ in ‘Show portfolio item as’. ‘Featured image’ should be selected only if you want to display one image.

    normally custom CSS is not covered by our free support (take a look at https://createit.support/support-policy), but I made an exception for you. Below you can find css code – put this in your css file for html version or in Custom CSS field (Appearance > Theme Options > Code > custom styles) for WordPress version

    I’m sorry emilyann5, my mistake. The icons styles were broken by plugin, that you’re using (Array Toolkit). I added custom CSS to make it work properly, so now icons are visible.

    Hi!
    it looks like you have bugs in socials-shortcode (see attached file: socials-1.png). Please delete marked code, and try to generate shortcode one more time (attached file: socials-2.png). In shortcode generator (attached file: socials-3.png) you have to put your socials usernames to make it work and then click “insert”.

    It should resolve the problem.

    unfortunately WP login and pass don’t work for me. Could you please check if everything is correct?

    As long I can’t check your wordpress settings, please see attached screenshot with example of how portfolio item should be set up (check especially Portfolio Setting > show portfolio item as at the bottom).

    Hello Paulos!
    To change the text-color of your send button, please, put in your css file the following code:

    input.btn.btn-primary {
    color: white;
    }

    Of course with your color. Right now you have dark text color in this button, because of

    .btn {
    color:#333;
    }

    This style is changing every element with class “btn” (also changes Send button), so we have to write new style to change only this button.

    Oh, I’m sorry for incomprehension. Of course you’re right – we forgot to update info on themeforest – thanks for let us know. We’re updating this right now, so you can have WP 3.9 compatibility confirmation in writing 🙂

    I’m not sure if I understand you. Our theme Nonus WordPress will work on WordPress 3.9 just fine (some of our customers have already updated WordPress to the newest version and it works).

    If you’re looking for documentation about how WordPress 3.9 is working, you probably should go to http://wordpress.org/ because WordPress howto is not covered by our free support.

    Hello Claudine!

    for some reason, thumbnails were not created for all of your portfolio items (the 2 at the bottom with images size 240px x 170px look good). Please try to install and run https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/ This should rebuild your images and resolve the issue.

    Nonus is fully WP 3.9 compatible, so if you want to upgrade WordPress and use Nonus WP – nothing stands in the way.

    It seems that there is some issue with revolution slider. Script can’t calculate proper slider height. I attached our Revolution Slider settings, please verify if you have the same.

    Hello,
    as you can see, there is a few different backgrounds on burgerlover chapters. All of them are images, so if you want to change chapter background, you need to upload new background image to your media and then, in shortcode:

    [chapter header="chapter title" header_style="1" bg_image_src="1"]

    replace “1” with your new background-image path.

    I hope this will resolve the issue.

    Your link directs to “404 page not found”. I checked http://www.chrisboxaudio.com/ and for me it looks like on our demo page.
    Unfortunately, I don’t have your uploads – apparently files were to big.

    If you send me proper wp-admin log and pass I could check it more specifically. You can check in your reply “set as private replay” so only support team can see it (also data you’re adding while starting new issue is visible only for support team).
